Fenris is acutely aware of his intelligence shortcomings. While he is of average intelligence,he is aware that he is less so than the rest of the party, even the teiflings. this bothers him to a degree but plans to compensate for this with his strength and quickness. He is also basking in the glow of Iomedae's favor so maybe he IS smart enough!
