Started off following the tieflings to Jim’s body. When we arrived Jim was very much alive and seemed to have black flames surrounding him. Prior to leaving, he told us that the Drovenge house is our enemy. On our way back we noticed that some buildings were vandalized with whitewash.
We returned to the seamstress to collect her body. We cast gentle repose to keep her body composed.
We returned to the cove where we came upon 6 mercs. Upon moving up the hill an obscuring mist covered the stone building and discover a boat on the water. A flying dwarf with a bleeding warhammer, an elven archer, a regal sorcerer, a bard, a huge barbarian fighter and a female caster. The archer and the barbarian ran away. Reggie also attempted to get away.

I'm getting pretty frustrated with posting comments only to have them dissappear.
ReplyDeleteThe elven archer and Biscuit, the individual you've identified as a barbarian, were caught climbing the cliff side trying to escape to the other side of the island. The Archer was killed by Fenris (Don) and Biscuit was flown back to the group. Reginal (Reggie) the bard like fellow escaped from the chamber entrance in the central stone storage building and was later seen escaping on the boat you arrived on, just as Fenris was about to catch Regi he dissappeared again. It was theorized by White that the Wand was a Wand of Dimension Door.
Syf faced a dancing whip during the battle that was deemed unfair and White consistently reminded the DM the feats/powers neccessary to follow the rules as he sees them. Some discussion was had whether a Wand of Dimension Door was legal and after some back and forth between players, it was ruled that the wand was legal according to the rules.
I thought Reggie was the one who's wisdom got drained and was taken along with us? The one that get away was the the regal looking fellow.
ReplyDeleteYou are correct I'm mixing up Reggie with Pamlamin the regal! Sorry I typed out everything correctly and posted it and then the comment was "lost" and I had to redo it and in my rush, f'd up.
ReplyDeleteOne other note, drawing a weapon doesn't provoke an attack of opportunity, and as long as you have a +1 Base Attack you can draw the weapon as part of a move including a 5 foot step. Quick Draw makes it a free action instead of move.

i wasn't aware that fighting the whip was considered unfair. i was thinking about using one in conjunction with my attacks. it would give me flank.
ReplyDeleteI don't remember the specifics but I didn't think he had moved which is why I had brought it up.
ReplyDeleteSo Reg's a gibbering mass right now. Did we decide what exactly we want to do with him?
